Shipping ins & outs
DUE TO COVID-19, orders will take longer to ship. We are shipping 1-2 days a week as we are able, but expect longer periods between order & notification of shipment. Thank you for your understanding and patience at this time.
We ship using USPS 1st class or priority. If you require a signature for delivery, please email us as the shipping cost will change. If your order is placed over the weekend, it will likely ship on Tuesday. In an effort to be slightly more sustainable, we reuse bubble wrap & packaging. If something is shipped in error, we will send a return label and the correct item will ship as soon as the label is scanned at USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend you contact USPS directly, however we will assist in any way we can to try and resolve the matter.
Do you accept returns?
No, all sales are final. However, if an item arrives damaged, please email us and we'll do our best to remedy the situation! If you choose to cancel your order, you may be subject to a 5% restocking fee. In the event that a return is accepted, either store credit or a 15% restocking fee may be applied. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Custom orders are final sale. Vintage sales are final because... vintage.
I'm a maker, how can I show you my work?
We love people that make things with their own two hands! However, this is mostly a one-woman shop, so please don't bring your work in for review if we haven't made an appointment. We ask that you email us at email@example.com (NO DMs OR CALLS por favor!). Include links to your work/website etc, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can- which is often weeks, so please wait a few weeks before reaching back out. DO NOT email any other emails- just firstname.lastname@example.org, as we will not respond. Apologies in advance if it takes a while, but we try to respond to everyone. Finally, for the foreseeable future, we'll remain an American-made shop. We LOVE all the amazing things coming out of other countries, but for now we're all about what's geographically close. Thanks for understanding- and reaching out!
ps We're not currently looking for new apothecary or candle brands, however that shouldn't deter you from sharing your line. Locals, we do not take consignment.
